Account and Authentication

Creating an Account

  1. Open your school invitation link.
  2. Enter required details.
  3. Verify email if prompted.
  4. Set password (if applicable).
  5. Complete onboarding.

Logging In

  1. Open the app.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Enter email and password or use SSO.
  4. Complete 2-step verification if required.

If login fails, verify spelling, password case, and browser cookies.

Password Reset

  1. Select Forgot password.
  2. Enter school email.
  3. Use reset link from email.
  4. Set a new password.
  5. Sign in again.

Email Verification

  • Open verification email.
  • Click verification link.
  • Return to app and refresh.

School and Organization Access

Access is usually resolved by:

  1. Invitation token
  2. School/organization membership
  3. Email domain fallback (if configured)

If wrong school appears, sign out, clear cookies, and sign in again with the correct school email.

Roles and Permissions

  • Student: Personal schedule and alerts
  • Staff: Staff schedule tools
  • Admin: School data and support workflows

If a feature is missing, your role may not allow it.
