Account and Authentication
Creating an Account
- Open your school invitation link.
- Enter required details.
- Verify email if prompted.
- Set password (if applicable).
- Complete onboarding.
Logging In
- Open the app.
- Select Sign in.
- Enter email and password or use SSO.
- Complete 2-step verification if required.
If login fails, verify spelling, password case, and browser cookies.
Password Reset
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter school email.
- Use reset link from email.
- Set a new password.
- Sign in again.
Email Verification
- Open verification email.
- Click verification link.
- Return to app and refresh.
School and Organization Access
Access is usually resolved by:
- Invitation token
- School/organization membership
- Email domain fallback (if configured)
If wrong school appears, sign out, clear cookies, and sign in again with the correct school email.
Roles and Permissions
- Student: Personal schedule and alerts
- Staff: Staff schedule tools
- Admin: School data and support workflows
If a feature is missing, your role may not allow it.
